I had originally signed in with an Apple ID to my account, so I went in and removed it there. You should be able to mange your account from there. ![]() My fix was pretty basic, what worked in the end for me was going into System Settings > Users & Groups. Make sure FaceTime is turned 'ON' Click on FT preferences/ then click on ACCOUNT (where your e-mail is displayed) You should see a number of options come up, inlcluding View Account, Sign Out, etc. I had the same issue, and managed to fix it after a lot of effort.
